Community Day this year was a blast with Tequila Sam, Margarita Lil and the rest of Carpenter's Battery sending a few cannon blasts down the valley. We had over 50 folks visit, and plenty of kids lined up to Cowboy shoot.

Along with the Civil War reenactors there were World War II folks there as well with their guns and other goodies to see and touch. Capgun Kid set up shop and showed how leather goods were made. He had one saddle for show and one he was working on. Tequila Sam explained the history of guns using a fine display of them from various times and also explained the commands and actions of the cannon crew as they prepared to fire. Thanks to all who helped with the day; a lot of young guns were exposed to The Cowboy Way!
